Q: How much does a diagnostic cost?
A: Our standard diagnostic fee is $75 in shop and $100 onsite / Commercial is $120

Q: Does the diagnostic fee go towards paying for repairs?
A: Yes, the diagnostic fee will be discounted from any repairs or parts costs on the machine that is diagnosed.

Q: About how long will it take for my computer to be fixed?
A: We run on a first-come, first-served basis. We can usually get the diagnostic done in 2-3 hours and have the repairs finished in no longer than 2 days, depending on the nature of the problem or repairs.

Q: Do you offer any kind of Rush Service or any way to get my computer diagnosed and fixed faster?
A: Yes, we do. We offer rush service for all of our repairs and services. At an additional fee of $75, we can make sure we get back to you on the same day or the next day after you are checked-in.

Q: Do you service printers?
A: No.

Q: Do you service phones or iPods?
A: No.

Q: Do you charge by the hour?
A: Depending on what the service is yes but we guarantee the lowest price.

Q: How much does the average repair cost?
A: Repairs can range from minor parts replacement to nearly an entire rebuild of the system and some parts cost more than others on a computer. With that said, on average, most repairs are under half the value of the system.

Q: Do you build custom computers?
A: Yes, we do. We offer custom built desktops. Our desktops are built to order and we will work with you to offer the best price and performance that fits your budget and needs.

Q: Do you sell any new or used computers?
A: Yes, we do. We offer used and refurbished laptops and desktops as inventory and demand allows.

Q: Do you recycle computers? If so, what products do you accept for recycling?
A: Yes, we accept any and all computer products for recycling.

Q: Is there a fee for recycling?
A: No, if we have to come to pick up, there may be a fee.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on the services you provide?
A: Yes, normally we offer a 5-business day labor warranty unless otherwise specified.

Q: Is there a warranty for any of the replaced parts?
A: We offer a 30-day warranty on all new parts and repairs. In addition to any manufacturer warranties, if applicable.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Yes, we also do remote appointments to save you time.

Q: Are you open on the weekends?
A: Yes, we are open 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Q: How much do your custom computers cost?
A: That depends on what type of computer you are looking for and how much speed you need and many other factors. For a decent and future-proofed desktop computer, you will need to spend around $500 at the least.

Q: Can I bring you the parts I want to be installed and just pay for the installation?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: Do I have to pay for a diagnostic to be performed, even if I think I already know what is wrong with my computer?
A: Yes, that way we can make sure your computer is properly fixed, and that you aren’t wasting your money on repairs that may not be needed.
