If you have an Office 365 plan, you can already view PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OneNote documents on Android, iOS, and other types of mobile device. However, certain plans didn’t include all features, and one-off purchases didn’t get the same privileges.
Microsoft has now changed its licensing arrangements so that it’s not only possible to view these type of documents but also to create, edit, and share them.
Users of certain qualifying plans will be able to install Office 365 mobile apps on a maximum of five mobile devices and enjoy full functionality. However, it should be noted that there are restrictions if a device has a screen size over 10.1 inches (e.g., iPad Pro); only those with ProPlus, Business, and Business Premium licenses can use the mobile apps and devices this size.

The new offering incorporates all Office 365 favorites, Teams, and Skype for Business, amongst other useful applications that will greatly help to increase your business’ mobile productivity.
